We accept cash (exact change) and checks in studio, but we very much prefer you pay ahead online!
All payments are non-refundable except in the case of class/event cancellation. Memberships
must be paid & by the 1st of the month. Once you have paid AND filled out the Volunteer Task FORM, you will receive the $85 membership for the following month and the new door code.

Ways to train at Airbound Arts:

Can I train at Airbound Arts if I am not a currently enrolled aerial student,
or if I am enrolled in aerial classes outside of Olympia?
Yes! There are four ways to do this:

Decisions are made by consensus of the Board of Directors. Airbound Arts elections for members-at- large occur in
November each year. Board members serve a 1 year term. If you'd like to help Airbound Arts be the best community studio it can be, email [email protected].

- Hour of Power classes ($10): fast-paced, hour long, aerial-based circuit training suitable for all levels of experience.
- Weekly open gyms ($12-$15): two hours of personal training time with an experienced gym monitor.
- Occasional workshops and theme-based sessions (prices vary): content and prerequisites vary, see our schedule for details

- Pay Per Hour Independent Training ($11/hour)
Can I train at Airbound Arts if I am not a currently enrolled aerial student,
or if I am enrolled in aerial classes outside of Olympia?
Yes! There are four ways to do this:
- Hours of Power are open to the public: all fitness abilities and experiences are welcome!
- Open Gym (Must pass the Equivalency test)
- Week Membership ( Must pass Keyholder test)
- Pay Per Hour Independent Training (Must pass Keyholder test)
For students not currently enrolled in aerial classes, or who are enrolled at a studio outside of Olympia,
the following criteria must be met in order to attend open gym.
- For Aerial: Must be able to invert safely & in a controlled manner with or without a spot.
- Must be able to climb at least 1/2 way up & descend safely & in a controlled manner.
- Must be able to hold a straddle (vertical) or basket (trapeze) for 10 seconds unassisted.

Can I rent space at Airbound Arts?
Yes! We have Full and Partial Studio Rentals.

Partial Studio Rental:
- Keyholders must still be able to train on equipment and have partial access to mats for It to be considered partial rental.
- This may apply to private lessons, workshops, mats only, etc
- $10/ hour for members
- $15/ hour for non members
- instructors must have prior teaching experience and their own liability insurance, AND must be approved by the BOD.
- Private lessons are limited to 2 points and 3 people.
- Approved workshop instructors are automatically approved to teach private lessons.
- Requests must be made at least 2 weeks in advance of rental date for a Partial Rental.
Full Studio Rental:
- Anytime where members cannot utilize studio space it is considered a Full Rental.
- This may apply to shows, rehearsals, workshops, etc.
- $15/ hour for members PLUS 10% of door/ticket sales if applicable.
- $20/ hour for non members PLUS 10% of door/ticket sales if applicable.
- $15/hour for rigging and/or any additional needed Airbound representatives.
- Riggers must be approved by Airbound.
- 50% of the total rental cost (not including door/ticket sales) is required up front as a deposit.
- Cancellation requires at least 24 hours notice or deposit is retained.
- Instructors must have their own liability insurance, and must be approved by the BOD.
- All requests must be made at least 2 months in advance of rental date for a Full Rental.
